What role does storytelling play in creating compelling marketing campaigns for an AML/CFT tech company like AMLA®?

Storytelling plays a critical role in building the values and message of our brand. It helps to make our marketing campaigns more engaging, relatable and authentic for our audience.

For example, talking about AMLA®’s journey from an emerging start-up to an established, global AML/CFT tech company extends the trust we already have with our customers.

It builds understanding around our unique company values and culture, and makes our solutions special as we share stories about who we are and where we have come from!

How do you approach balancing creativity with data-driven insights in your marketing strategies?

Both creativity and understanding derived from hard data are essential elements of a successful marketing campaign. The team will look at market trends and customer data to identify our target audience and understand their preferences.

We will then use these insights to brainstorm creative concepts that align with our brand and solution objectives, whilst being backed by data insights.

We measure success through a mix of engagement metrics, sales data, and customer feedback and with the right balance, we’ll have a marketing strategies that are not only innovative and engaging but are also highly effective in achieving our goals.

Can you share a moment from your time at AMLA® where creativity played a crucial role in achieving a company milestone?

We recently relaunched the AMLA® brand as the company recognised the need to refresh its look and feel to stay relevant as we moved into new markets around the globe.

Our rebranding initiative highlighted the vital role of creativity to achieve a successful outcome and our design team played a pivotal role in transforming the brand as we redesigned the logo, reworked our Brand Guidelines including imagery, typography and colour palette, created new brand collateral and rolled everything out across all our platforms, website and social channels.

By drawing on creativity, we were able to successfully evolve the brand and create a strong visual identity.
