We have used AML Analytics since 2021 having tried other vendors on the market previously. We have since been dedicated to continually working with AML Analytics for ongoing monitoring, testing and tuning of our sanction screening systems.

Regular testing with AML Analytics has helped us to reduce the number of false positives generated by each system. It has also highlighted other aspects of our sanction screening technologies that have required improvement, in particular, their fuzzy logic matching capabilities.

We have also undertaken Chinese Character testing on our customer screening filter to ensure that our systems can alert against records in languages other than English. We enjoy working with the AML Analytics team, who are always responsive and they jump on every opportunity to provide assistance and give professional advices to help us achieve our goals.
