Why is the Customer Experience (CX) department crucial to AMLA®?

The CX team provides helpful and reliable support to all our customers by guiding them through our solutions and supporting with the analysis of test results to drive optimum system performance, and detailed customer understanding.

The CX team is the vital connection between AML Analytics solutions and our customers, providing a welcoming and supportive bridge between the two.

We ensure that the full power of AML Analytics solutions are leveraged so that our customer’s achieve their objectives and testing is fully optimised.

What do you find most rewarding about being Head of Customer Experience at AMLA®?

It’s very rewarding to see the improvement in a customer’s test scores and an increase in testing frequency due to the support provided from our team.

Being able to be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and seeing the positive feedback from satisfied customers is immensely fulfilling.

How do you ensure customers get the most out of our solutions?

The team combines tailored training programs, analysis of results and proactive support so that our customers can understand the specific output from their sanction screening system.

We proactively engage with customers face to face or virtually and carry out captivating, relevant and effective walkthoughs of our solutions.

Regular assessment and feedback allows the CX team to continuously refine our training to ensure customers understand the function of all AML Analytics solutions to the very highest level.

How does the CX team go above and beyond for our customers?

The team addresses any issues, actively engages with customers, shares industry best practice and highlights aspects of testing that could be addressed to improve results.

With regular check-ins, highly trained team members and rapid response times, we strive to empower all AML Analytics customers with the knowledge and tools for success. 

Our commitment to continuous improvement allows us to explore new ways of enhancing customer experience to ensure our customers are fully supported every step of the way.
