We prioritise making customers feel comfortable and confident in our willingness to help. Additionally, we maintain consistent service quality across all communication channels, ensuring every customer receives the same high level of support.

How does staying up to date with industry trends help the Customer Experience team address customer pain points and deliver
exceptional support?

Staying informed about the latest industry trends allows us to better understand and address customer pain points. For example, regulatory bodies frequently update sanction lists and implement stricter compliance requirements. By keeping up with these changes, our team can help customers manage compliance pressures, navigate system integrations, and reduce false positives. This knowledge enables us to provide timely, relevant support that directly addresses the specific challenges our customers face.

What strategies do you use to gather and implement customer feedback to continually improve our RegTech and SupTech solutions?

We use several strategies to gather and implement customer feedback to continually improve our solutions. We monitor customer activity within our hub to proactively offer support. Regular sessions with customers allow us to discuss their experiences and gather feedback. We then send follow-up emails to address any additional questions and schedule future check-ins. This approach ensures we are consistently in tune with each customer’s needs, and we ensure we implement this feedback to enhance AMLA® solutions.
